Live Reading at Fairwood Library

I’m busier than ever, editing the second book in the Plague Masters Series, but I have a couple quick and timely announcements.

LIVE READING

Cascade Writers is sponsoring a discussion on writing and publishing with H.E. Roulo, Ken Scholes, and Laura Anne Gilman followed by a live reading on Sunday, February 22, 2015 at Fairwood Library in Renton, WA from 1 PM to 4 PM.

The event is advertised as a casual question and answer about the writers’ careers, and what it takes to succeed as a writer.

I visited the library last weekend, and saw the great promotion the library had done, including a large display of the author’s books. Unfortunately, although I’ve been in many anthologies and ebooks, my first print novel isn’t expected to come out in print until April 2015. That makes me the empty, transparent holder on the end. However, the idea is that you’ll get to hear from authors at a variety of levels, and I’m certainly the more junior of the three of us. If you haven’t, you should check out Ken Scholes and Laura Anne Gilman.

Hope to see you there!
